This is a speaking clock, adapted from various sources around the net. It speaks the time when you clap your hands, or the neighbour's dog barks.
The timekeeping section of the code has been lifted from Bob
Blick's propeller clock.
The speaking section of the code is likewise from another DCF-77
based speaking clock.
